Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City is going to be the seat of the 17th stop for the World Poker Tour Season IV. There was already an event scheduled at the Borgata, to which it has been added another one from January 29 to February 1. After years without being held in Atlantic City, the tournament goes back to Borgata, which is the largest poker room in the East Coast. This years tournament will count with 515 players and the amazing prize pool of 4,995,634 million dollars, which sets another record in terms of attendance and prizes. With the addition of this event, the WPT is close to reach the 100 million dollars in prizes in only one season.
The World Poker Tour also announced that Gold Strike Casino Resort will be the exclusive site for Tunicas WPT annual stop. Gold Strike has 1.200 rooms is an MGM Mirage resort, as well as member of the WPT. It will hold the Work Poker Open on January 19-23.
