Come Out Poker also claims the first ever gay poker game. Come Out Holdem is a Texas Holdem poker game with a twist: all the straights are eliminated from the ranking of the hands. Come Out Poker will host Come Out Holdem tournaments.
Come Out Poker spokesman Marc Willis stated that the online poker website is proud to launch the first online poker room designated to the Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender community. He added that Come Out Poker will enable the GLBT Community to enjoy online poker action and fellowship.
Although most of the online poker room have gay and lesbian members, Come Out Poker insist on excepting only members of the GLBT community. The online poker room would put much more focus on community and fellowship than the average online poker room. Come Out Poker will offer special features to support the feeling of community. For example, members will be able to upload their photos, so they will be able to see against whom they are playing and chat during poker games.
