Foxwoods Resort Casino announced a significant improvement to its Wampum Rewards Card program. From now, cardholders will be able to cash in up to half of the points they have accumulated by playing one of the 7,000 slot machines.

According to the new Wampum Cash program, cardholders will be able to redeem half of their points to cash money at the same day. Cardholders will still have the option to use their points for accommodation, dining, or spa treatments. Wampum Rewards membership is free.

Foxwoods Resort Casino is owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation. The nearly five million square feet casino resort is the biggest in the world. Foxwoods 6 casinos offer 7,000 slot machines, 400 table games, high rollers bingo hall, race book and 114 tables poker room.

According to a new 700 million dollars development project, a hotel tower with 825 hotel rooms will be added to Foxwoods Resort Casino. The additional hotel tower will include a spa facility, convention space, a 4,000 seat Performing Arts Theater and other facilities. The development project is expected to be done by spring of 2008.
