Cedric at the Showroom
On Sunday, July 16, Cedric the Entertainer will perform in the Showroom at the Oneida Indian Nation's Turning Stone Resort and Casino, and give a comic show to his audience. Tickets at the box office are available for $60, $65 and $75.
Cedric is one of the stars of Spike Lee's MTV documentary "The Original Kings of Comedy". He was given the Richard Pryor Comic of the Year Award In 1994 and was numbered 65th on Comedy Central's list of the "100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time".
In 1998, Cedric made his first screen appearance in the film "Ride" and has appeared since in many motion pictures and television shows. He has received five Image Awards and honors from Black Entertainment Television. He stared in blockbuster films such as ''Barbershop", "Big Momma's House" "Intolerable Cruelty" and "Johnson Family Vacation". He also lent his voice to the animated films "Madagascar" and "Ice Age".
