Four new world poker tournaments have been added to the schedule of the CelebPoker online gambling site for the 2006 season.
New seats are being offered at the World Speed Championships, the Austrian Classics, the Barcelona Open and the Mediterranean Poker Cruise with buy ins to the tournaments starting at only 6 dollars US.
The first event added will be taking place in London, at the World Speed Championship. This is a televised even, and has gained a lot of media attention due to the featured prizes of this tournament. The winner will take a 5000 dollar package including a 2,000 dollar entry fee into the tournament and some 1,200 hundred dollars in hotel accommodations and amenities.
At the Barcelona Open, there will be a featured prize package of 8,000 dollars with sponsorship form the European Poker Tour. Also the total values included are a 5,000 dollar entry fee in to the no limit main event, and 1,500 dollars for accommodations and travel expenses. This event is scheduled for mid September.
The Concord Card Casino in Vienna Austria is where the Austrian Classics will be taking place near the end of September. There are prize packages for this tournament up to 5,700 dollars including a 3,300 dollar entry fee to the no limit main event tournament plus another 1,400 dollars in hotel accommodations for the event.
And the last tournament added to the Celebrity Poker tournaments in Europe this year is the Mediterranean Cruise that will begin in mid October. This tournaments grand prize is 6000 dollars and an entry into the no limit tournament plus the no limit Texas Hold Em tournament as well as 1000 dollars travel expense and spending money as well as hotel accommodations for two.
