A 44 year old Wisconsin man has been arrested and will be charged with the Murder of his wife on November 13th.
During an initial interview with the police he told them he was a professional gambler, that he used to play Blackjack but now he only plays Online Poker in tournaments and that he kept ten thousand dollars hidden in a slot machine in the house and that he thought his wife was killed by someone searching for the money.
The police are investigating this possibility, but so far they are convinced he is the killer. With a warrant the police searched the home where and confiscated a slot machine, some ledgers, hidden video cameras, and other non disclosed items.
The body was found on the ground in a pool of blood next to a cinderblock, along side the couple’s house.
According to the Local District Attorney the cause of death is Blunt Force Trauma to the head. The charges against the husband are
first-degree intentional homicide, and if found guilty he can get life in prison.
So far a motive for the murder has not been found, but there is evidence that points to the husband as the killer.
