Many gamblers are placing bets at their sportsbooks that Harry Potter will be the
character killed off in the last book of the best selling Harry Potters series.
Many readers have been on the edge of their seats while reading about the adventures of the teen wizard's adventures in learning magic and fighting off the evil Voldemort in the first 6 of JK Rawlings 7 Book series.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the next book, and the speculation of who will be the one to die is growing rapidly after the title of the last book in this series was released last week.
The title for the final book is
Harry potter and the Death Hallows. This is to be the darkest, by far of the 7 books and the title is leading many to believe that it is Harry himself who will perish in his struggle to once again stop the return of the wicked Voldemort.
A large percentage of fans asked have said that they believe that Harry Potter will have to take his own life in order to destroy Voldemort.
It is this belief that has caused several sportsbooks to drop the odds from 10-1 to 6-1that Harry will be the one killed, even though the odds on favorite is still Voldemort who dies in the book at 5-1.
Rowling has several times admitted publicly that at least one of the main characters are going to die in the last book which still has no official date to be released yet.
