The Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation will have its eleventh Anniversary Grand Slam at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. The children benefit concert will feature Phil Collins, Sarah McLachlan, Counting Crows and more. It will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday, October 7.
The AACF has brought together another line up of top entertainers to benefit children and youth in risk from Las Vegas. The concert will feature some of the top musicians and entertainers and will be directed by Grammy Award winning producer David Foster. The winner of last years Grand Slam to Stardom contest will perform at the concert. This years contest is open to Clark County residents between the ages of 14 and 28.
Tickets to the concert are priced at 50 dollars, 70 or 90 dollars. Applicable service charges and taxes are excluded. Tickets are on sale from Saturday, 26 August 2006 at any MGM Grand box office outlet and Las Vegas Ticketmaster locations.
The AACF, Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation is a non profit public charity organization, which its purpose is to provide recreational and educational opportunities for children in risk. In addition, the Foundation offers a combination of emotional, physical and academic programs designed to develop underprivileged children career possibilities.
