New expansions at The Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower at a budget of 75 million dollars will create 300 new jobs at the hotel.
The expansions at the hotel will include a new tower with 1,000 rooms, a performances center with close to 4,000 seats; a very large and exclusive pool and many more expansions at the leisure areas of the hotel. These expanded areas will require 300 extra workers by September.
Richard P. Brown, chief operating officer of the Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower, said the casino hotel is proud to be an institute to provide work rather then layoffs.
The Stratosphere Casino Hotel opened in April 1996, and had a great success with retaining its workforce.
It is located at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel and casino are highlighted by the Stratosphere Tower, the tallest free standing observation tower in the United State. The hotel has 1,444 guest rooms and suites; a 100,000 square foot casino and themed restaurants including the acclaimed Top of the World revolving restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere Tower.
