This is a recipe that I have used at my home poker games and big events like the Super Bowl or the World Cup. It is a fantastic recipe that can be modified and changed however you like, so that you can repeat the recipe using different ingredients and spicing up the same dish as well as the game.
These easy to make small sized wraps are loaded with flavor and are a great way to fill up your starving poker players bellies.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS:
12 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 head lettuce
1 (12 ounce) package imitation crab meat
2 avocados pitted and sliced
2 cups minced tomato
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the avocado by removing the skin and then halving the avocado and cutting it into slices.
Next take the crab and quarter the piece lengthwise.
Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortillas. Top the cream cheese with lettuce leaves. Arrange the 3 or 4 crab slices in even layers on top of the lettuce. Lay out the avocado in the same way as the crab and then place a bit of the minced tomato over the crab and the avocado. Roll the tortillas into wraps. Cut the wraps diagonally into bite sized pieces. Secure with toothpicks.
